Limitless Bone Regeneration

This workshop focuses on the GBR technique and predictable bone regeneration. Participants will place an implant in a porcine mandible with a vestibular defect and exposed implant threads, followed by defect compensation through guided bone augmentation. The procedure includes harvesting autologous bone, mixing it with xenograft material, covering the site with a collagen membrane, and performing membrane stabilization using an internal horizontal mattress suture, periosteum to periosteum.
