During the congress,we are the primary point of contact for attendees, offering assistance with directions, documentation, and troubleshooting. We also oversee the preparation of official materials such as name badges, certificates, and reports.
Efficient, approachable, and detail-oriented, the Secretary Department plays a vital role in the successful execution of the congress, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all involved.
As the Co-Head of the Secretary Department at a prestigious dentistry congress, I ensure that all administrative aspects run seamlessly, much like a perfectly aligned smile. Responsible for building connections and enhancing the event’s reputation within the community, my focus as Co-Head of the Public Relations Department is on creating impactful communication strategies that bring attendees and industry leaders together.

In my role as co-head of the Workshops and Trainings Department, I am committed to curating a diverse and dynamic lineup of sessions that blend innovation with practical insights. My focus is on creating an engaging environment where participants can connect, learn, and grow. Whether it’s exploring innovative techniques or refining essential skills, I want every workshop to be a meaningful experience that stays with you long after the congress ends.
It is a known fact that knowledge is power, but, to quote myself, i stand more by “practice is power”, that’s why I am a part of the organizing workshops team. Given my experience of five years in the medical school, I trust that I know what a student needs the most, and that is visualizing real situations and practicing it on a simulator. That’s why we’re making everything possible for everybody in the medical field, undergraduates, postgraduates, young doctors, to have a high variety of courses, lecturers with the best skills, and every material that is needed to work on.

When you think about the acumulation of theoretical information, I am the person you should call! Why? because I am your intermediate between the high-class lecturers and their presentations as doctors or entrepreneurs in the medical field. Also, if you have a scientific project that you would like to be heard, analyzed and awarded by specialized jury, the Lecture Competition organized by us at Dent-X Congress is your place!
As one of the Scientific Department Coordinator, my role involves overseeing all scientific activities to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for participants.
I am responsible for coordinating with speakers and ensuring their warm and professional welcome, providing support to make their experience at the Congress as enjoyable as possible.

As Co-Head of the Graphic’s and Design department, I am truly dedicated to creating a visual identity that reflects the prestige of Dent-X. The purpose of this department is to create an optimal environment for participants and to ensure the smooth running of presentations and other activities within the congress. As the co-head of the Technical and Logistics department of one of the biggest dental student congress, I take on the responsibility of ensuring that all technical and logistical aspects of the event run smoothly. “A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor,” and our team works tirelessly to create an unforgettable experience for all participants. “The early bird catches the worm,” and through dedication and attention to detail, we ensure that every aspect of the congress is perfectly organized.
